Customized and remodeled from the ground up, this single bedroom, single bathroom home feels extremely spacious, and is outfitted with sheik western and sleek modern fixtures. 

Every aspect of this place was custom designed with built-ins and floating shelves and vanities  to open as much space as possible. The lighting is all new, throughout the home, and some of the light fixtures are accented with bike gears and other cycle parts. 

One of the most distinctive features in the house, though, is the custom selected hearth stone fireplace, which sits at the center of the living area, next to the kitchen. With the faux concrete walls and flat finish on all the walls and ceilings, the interior aesthetic in this residence is both elegant and modern. 

The bathroom features a shower with a custom shower pan, a handheld showerhead and glass door. And the custom built vanity fits perfectly into the space.
